    The person will be responsible for developing Company’s market positioning in the modern AG IOT market environment, thru:

    • Product and Solution Management organization, which in close cooperation with Engineering, ensures Smart Products’ offering evolution for the specific product/service in line with market segment requirements, defining Company’s positioning on the different geographical markets, elaborating the products/solutions range and pricing strategy across regions.
    • Product Planning department, which focuses on Technology Trends, Business Intelligence, Long Term Planning and Legislation.
    • Strategic Initiatives, which shall contribute to the Company’s strategic growth through expertise in M&A, business scouting, new markets/products exploration and start up
    • Business intelligence and Product Marketing Team that oversees strategic and tactical operations of the business intelligence within a company or organization outlining the organization's BI strategy and mission
    • Marketing planning department which will be responsible for developing Company’s positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation
    • The mains goals of this new position are:
      • Improve Topcon AG presence in our key markets to foster better engagement with our current customers and prospects.
      • Prepare to play a major role in advancing the IoT in the agriculture space by creating new value through a service-oriented approach.
      • Ensure integrated business solutions to develop and deliver TA IoT business models and improve the process of strategy development
    • Business solutions will be a key function that has to deliver:
      • Consistent Voice of the Customer from markets and applications
      • Push development of integrated product and service solutions in the IoT business environment
      • Help transfer unique selling proposition towards existing and new customers
      • Support new business opportunity definitions
      • Analyze make / buy options to face new challenges


    Education & Experience:

    • Degree in Engineering
    • Minimum of 7/10 years’ experience in similar position
    • High seniority on strategic marketing and product planning
    • Precision farming technical knowledge
    • Precision solutions and Telematics business knowledge
    • Previous responsibility for P&L Business Unit
