Responsibilities

As Channel engagement manager, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Developing, driving and implementing channel marketing objectives, strategies, measurement and evaluation of company channel engagement programs
  • Monitoring and directing the development of company channel engagement programs
  • Developing and implementing programs for:
      • distributors        
      • resellers
      • partners
  • Developing and overseeing the marketing plan for specific channels within the organization
  • Implementing channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets
  • Managing developments for targeted marketing campaigns, trade shows and collateral and Graphics
  • Utilize data and analytics insights to provide recommendations to drive channel development and market share
  • Overseeing day to day channel operations in EU markets
  • Understanding changing and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
  • Working on Lead generations with specific tools
  • Working closely with sales and product marketing departments to gather product and channel
  • Working closely to the product and corporate marketing teams you will support brand development and experiential activities

 

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

 

  • Economical/Marketing degree
  • Five or more years working in a similar role.
  • Experience in Agriculture environment 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Directly related work experience will be considered substitute for formal education requirement
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and show a high level of ownership
  • Capability to work in multicultural/matrix organization
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Customer awareness and focus
  • Fluent English
