Responsibilities

Responsibilities  

 

  • Develop a distribution network and drive sales growth in Russia and potentially all Russian speaking markets going forward
  • Support and develop the 2 existing distributors and actively help them expand dealer network and/or develop Direct Sales to Agro-Holdings in line with the overall TA in-country strategy
  • Set strategic direction in area - develop Strategic Business & Marketing plans
  • Business Development for After Market and OEM - for both Field and Farm products according to strategy -Develop Sales & distribution channels
  • Interacts directly with Support, Marketing, Product Management and Sales Operations within TA

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Agriculture Engineering or equivalent
  • Sound understanding of Agriculture, Precision Farming and Farm Machinery industry
  • Strong commercial skills and good networker
  • Goal/result oriented with strong drive
  • Solid Negotiation skills
  • Marketing knowledge
  • Drivers license
  • Willingness to travel 60% of time
