Repair, test, diagnose and document activities related to incoming/returned equipment and instrumentation.


•      Diagnose and repair high tech medical equipment and instrumentations


•      Provide technical assistance to customer service team regarding equipment maintenance/repair


•      Document service/repair actions by completing forms, reports and logs


 •      Partner with 3rd party repair vendors to resolve          complaints and provide solutions


•      Manage assigned work orders to be closed in a timely manner.



  • Analyze and resolve specific problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to deal effectively with customers.
  • Knowledge of medical device preventative maintenance and repair.
  • Quality focused
  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
