Overview

Manage the business requirements of all e-commerce based projects going forward

Responsibilities

 

  • Build and maintain active requirements documentation through stakeholder collaboration
  • Define and drive regular sprints for system development and feature additions
  • Track external spend on consultancy hours, and coordinate any change orders
  • Communicate project status both in writing and in briefings for relevant audiences
  • Coordinate content and configuration authorship by business users within Topcon
  • Drive adoption of Sales App 2.0 via trainings, administration, content management, etc.
  • Contribute strategic thinking both for plotting future program goals and business transformations
  • Guide transitions from legacy systems to new properties based on enterprise E-commerce platform

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • BA, BS, or equivalent level of education (may be flexible, depending upon skill set and communication ability)
  • Minimum of 5 years of project or program management in software or web projects

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Demonstrated experience or understanding of e-commerce implementation issues
    • Substantial experience in User Experience-oriented work, facility with writing use cases
    • Fluency with typical presentation and project tracking tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to run meetings and make presentations
    • Proven work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaborativley.
