Overview

The Qulifies Candidate will be responsible for managing a specific region of the Topcon (TPS) dealer network supporting the customer service interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Customer support through email and phone for a designated region.
  • Utilize SalesForce and SAP to process daily transactions
  • Issue RMA's, process credits, prepare quotes, process warranty claims, sales orders, process billable and warranty repairs.
  • Data entry/ revisions into service data base
  • Able to cover any regions domestic and international
  • maintain project control documentation
  • generate reports and provide accurate information to management on special projects
  • Train junior team members

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years within a customer service organization
  • AA in Business or related field, Bachelor's preferred
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • analytical skills for good decision making

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on/with multifunctional teams
  • excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual- English and Spanish
  • Strong attention to detail
  • self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong software application knowledge (including but not limited to Excel, Word)
  • SAP knowledge plus
  • SalesForce knowledge a plus
