Overview

• Provide a highly competent level of training and support for the technical products that Topcon manufactures and distributes to end users, channel teams and internal Topcon teams. The primary function is to support these stakeholders onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities

Core Job Duties:
• Create and deliver presentations to key customers and at large events
• On-site management of customer issues, channel requests and marketing events
• Support sales and marketing teams with independent document creation, technical advice and demonstrations
• Support sales and marketing teams at national and international events with independent discretion for customer interaction
• Work with Product Management and Quality to identify root cause issues of customer complaints
• Deliver email and phone support to end users, channel network and internal Topcon teams by assessing issues and resolving them
• Generate pre and post sales content for myTopcon
• Create and deliver high quality product trainings at Topcon and customer or channel facilities

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• AS or BS in surveying, engineering or construction fields
• >5 years’ experience in the surveying and/or construction industries

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent written and oral communication
• Strong communication skills when presenting to large audiences
• Strong ability to solve technical problems over phone, email or on site
• Strong working knowledge of CAD
