Overview

Build up and optimize internal sales administration with proactive support of the sales team to increase the sales activities among the customers and actively work on the achieving the sales objectives

Responsibilities

 

  • Office support and back-up of the sales team of the BU
  • Office support for the business development team of the BU
  • Responsible for all price list and quotations to distribution, support of the field team
  • Preparation and adjustment of the forecasting for the BU
  • Coordination between sales and order processing
  • Emergency activities for shipment support
  • Adjustment of product and system configurations for the European market for MC and Laser

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Min. commercial or technical education / apprenticeship
  • Knowledge about the market demands in Europe

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Cooperative character to be an interface between the different sales and admin responsible
  • Work with all internal systems like SAP and salesforce
  • Teamwork
  • Independent and proactive work style
