Responsibilities

Core Job Duties:

 

  • Administrative support: File, documents organization and other ad hoc duties as required

 

  • Updated of Master Tables in AXAPTA (ERP System) : Product prices by clients, description of articles by clients , Weight of products

 

  • Archive and maintenance of administrative documentation

 

  • Support generate orders from NORAC´s OEM:

 

  • Confirm orders from NORAC´s OEM and inform if necessary of minimum quantity order.

 

  • Support create and invoiced purchase orders from Norac´s suppliers.

 

  • Check pending PO and updated from NORAC´s OEM

 

  • Inform clients of delivery specifications: weight, tracking number, estimated arrival date.
  • Check for shipments through delivery companies. (Norac-products)

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Minimun Secundary Level
  • Tertiary level such as Certificate
  • 2- 3 Year´s experience in Administration environment
  • Experience in ERP program

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent level of English
  • Communication skills, team-worker, adaptability and ability to learn, organized and able to deal with and prioritize several requirements. Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Participate in a teamwork environment
