  • To compile and analyze data related to Professional Services’ eCommerce and other revenue generation. Using that data, then streamline programs and processes to better leverage delivery of training and support material and measure effectiveness of content.


Core Job Duties:

  • Work collaboratively across multiple departments of the organization to gather and disseminate analytics related to current digital support and training offerings
  • Compile reports of LMS and eCommerce activity
  • Create reporting mechanism(s) to track health and performance of monetized services
  • Contribute strategic thinking for program improvement
  • Deliver succinct reports to stakeholders and upper management
  • This individual will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact with multiple levels of management
  • Anticipate, identify and monitor program risks


Education & Experience:


  • BA, BS, or equivalent level of education (may be flexible, depending upon skill set)
  • >5 years’ experience in project or program management


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills when presenting to large audiences
  • A self-directed individual with an ability to manage multiple priorities and objectives
