    Responsibilities

    Tierra_Banner smallerWe are looking for a passionate person who wants to join our Sales Department, to be responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts, within an established geographic territory/product line. He/she will report to Sales Director. He/she will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Support and Operations departments) to improve the entire customer experience. Classic sales skills are required but the candidate should also be able to foresee opportunities and be able to work and offer projects as well as products.   This position requires travel.

     

    Key areas of responsibility include:

    • Expand the customer portfolio
    • Develop positive relationships with clients
    • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
    • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
    • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
    • Report on the status of accounts and transactions; set and monitor sales metrics
    • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

    Qualifications

    In order to apply you will need to have the following skills:

    • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
    • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Excellent organization, communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • An ability to deliver projects and achieve objectives
    • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

     

    Required experience:

    • 3-5 years' experience in Sales
    • Experience in selling services.
    • Experience of working within ICT.
    • Excellent working knowledge of English
    • A qualification in line with the job description is welcome.
