  • Overview

    Responsible for ensuring that service projects and requirement are completed.



    • Manage multiple technical and non-technical projects simultaneously and interact with multiple levels of management 
    • Represent management in daily matters to gather, clarify, coordinate, and dissemate information and activities, which will require working closely with internal and external customers
    • Establish and maintain databases, spreadsheets, or tracking systems to document and track status of action items
    • Ensure action items are completed by the required due date, and proactively follow-up on any outstanding items
    • Organize and coordinate large- and small-scale meetings and documenting meeting minutes.
    • Initiate or oversee various monthly reports; analyze results and report to management.
    • Perform other duties as assigned




    Education & Experience:
    • A.S. or B.A. in Business or related field, relevant industry experience may also be considered
    • Minimum 2 Years of industry experience in Project coordination
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
    • Ability to establish rapport and working relationships with a variety of personalities and cultures in multiple remote locations.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
    • Strong demonstrated commitment to teamwork and working with internal and external customers.
    • Ability to lead cross functional matrix managed teams
