    Responsibilities

    1. Troubleshoot complex installation issues, commission new systems at customer locations
    2. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
    3. Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop software
    4. Perform Pre and Post Sale Technical Support and Customer Training assignments
    5. Prepare and deliver technical presentations on products to support sales process
    6. Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations
    7. Provide training services
    8. Lead or be part of project teams including scheduling meetings, generating project status reports and creating documentation.
    9. Perform other duties as required.

    Qualifications

    • BS or equivalent work experience.
    • Software experience:  AutoCad, Civil 3D, Magnet or Carlson.
    • Be able to work with and understand technical products
    • Understand fundamental design and drafting concepts in the Civil/Survey/Construction industry
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • General intermediate knowledge of computers
    • Travel required
    • Comfortable in a teaching or public speaking environment
    • Energetic with a knack for customer relations
