    Provides technical support to dealers and customers on installation, troubleshooting, training, service and complex repair matters.

     

    Responsibilities


     

    Duties will include:

    1. Trains customers and end users. Develops training materials.

    2. Installs, tests, troubleshoots products as required

    3. Provides phone support and travels to customer sites.

    4. Maintains records, documentation, test plans, etc.

    5. Performs other duties as required
