    The PMC works very closely with Product Managers to ensure that product requirements are understood and that these requirements are realized in a cost effective and timely manner.

     

    The PMC is the primary interface and communication conduit between the local Operations Team (Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, etc) and the product managers.

    Responsibilities


     

    • Works with Product Management, Engineering, Operations/Supply chain, Service, NPI teams to create detailed plans that define and track product development, production launch and sustaining activities.
    • Responsible for scope and risk management to ensure adherence to schedule.
    • Leads regularly scheduled telephone/video conference calls with cross-functional teams to communicate objectives and update project status.
    • Facilitates the review and approval process for all project milestones.
    • Acts as the information conduit between the core project team and senior management.
    • Contributes actively to continuous process improvement to reduce duplicate development efforts and to streamline product management operations.
    • Contributes to the planning and execution of programs, as required.
    • Interpersonal awareness to work collaboratively with a diverse set of people across groups and organizational levels

     

    Qualifications


     

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic, Manufacturing or similar)
    • Certifications or training in project management methodology and tools
    • Directly related work experience will be considered substitute for formal education requirement


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • 3-5 years’ work experience in Software Industry with product lifecycle management
    • Knowledge of positioning and construction system desirable.
    • Strong project management skill set
    • Be detail oriented and have excellent planning and organizational skills;
    • Solid collaboration, and execution skills and ability to manage few independent projects simultaneously
    • Able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Experience with Salesforce, confluence and Share point.
    • Expert in MS office – Word, PPT, Excel
