    Responsibilities

    The Web Program Manager manages the execution and testing of use case-derived features across all marketing sites and apps. This position will own release approval and procedure, and manage both internal and external teams for both whole projects and single features, as appropriate. The Web Program Manager will also act as the user advocate, driving user experience improvements throughout the development and implementation timeline. This is a new position, and offers substantial opportunity to define and grow the position over time.

     

    Core Job Responsibilities:

    Track the UX design process, communicating final user stories to stakeholders and dev teams

    Manage feature request process and priorities

    Drive sprints for development, implementation, testing and release of features

    Coordinate stakeholder signoff for user stories

    Communicate user-oriented features though live demonstrations and prepared materials

    Gather user feedback and incorporate into the revision process

    Drive validation and user acceptance testing processes

    Own product and feature release process

     

     

    Qualifications

    BA, or equivalent level of education (may be flexible, depending upon skill set and communication ability)

    Minimum of 3 years of project or program management in software or web projects

    Demonstrated experience or understanding of web design and development

    Substantial experience in User Experience-oriented work, facility with writing use cases

    Fluency with typical office, presentation and project tracking tools

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to run meetings and make presentations

    Proven work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
