The BDM reports directly to the Construction Sales Manager and is responsible for actively developing and growing Topcon’s market share by identifying and selling to both strategic customers such as large construction and earthworks contractors as well smaller scale construction or groundworks customers.
Responsibilities include achieving quarterly and annual sales targets and growing Topcon’s market share in the relevant sales territory. The BDM must be proficient in the understanding of the Topcon Machine Control and Construction products and have a minimum of five years’ experience in construction or related industries and five years in sales with a proven ability to sell.
