    To provide general administrative support to the staff as well as perform specialized administrative duties to support HR, Logistics and Finance department. To manage our front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks


    1. Provide general support to visitors.
    2. Provide admin support to the employees.
    3. Book travel arrangements.
    4. Organize and schedule appointments, including recruitment interviews.
    5. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
    6. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
    7. Maintain contact lists.
    8. Processing incoming and outgoing mail/parcels.
    9. Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.
    10. Compiling reports and spreadsheets.
    11. Visa support for guests. Registration of visas (business, tourist). Work with travel service providers.
    12. Work with hotel managers to conclude profitable contracts.
    13. Provide administrative support to HR department.Participating in recruitment efforts. Updating and maintenance of Topcon corporate page on Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed. Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.).
    14. Provide administrative support to Logistics and Finance department.


    • Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Finance)
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
    • Fluent English is a must
    • 1C database knowledge.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Accurate.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
