    Leads the Sales Administration / Customer Care functions for the North American Sales organization. Coordinates all aspects of customer quoting, forecasting, and order processing from order placement and acknowledgement through scheduling, shipping, and follow-up. Provides leadership to Inside Sales reps and Customer Care Representatives.


    1. Collates and enters material forecast into SAP for rolling 12mos of sales activities.
    2. Maintains sales revenue forecast by customer across sales teams and categories.
    3. Manages and/or enters customer orders as received via various methods.
    4. Queries and reports sales figures as required from various ERP/Reporting systems.
    5. Provides local leadership to all Sales Admin and Customer Care teammates.
    6. Established scheduled pickup and delivery dates based on customer request
    7. Monitor customer and manufacturing orders to accommodate and communicate any changes
    8. Balance the needs of our customers while optimizing our manufacturing efficiency
    9. Communicate with customers and manufacturing to help resolve manufacturing scheduling constraints, conflicting customer priorities, and component availability constraints
    10. Participate in production scheduling/customer order review meetings
    11. Coordinate shipments and consignment inventory shipments
    12. Maintain and report on customer service metrics for example on time shipments, order backlog etc. Generates complex reports
    13. Print customer orders and communicate with shipping to provide direction on priorities/workloads
    14. Coordinate shipment details between the customer and the shipping department
    15. Monitor sales activities that are different from product forecasts
    16. Communicate with the customer to ensure we are fully supporting their needs
    17. Maintain customer specific account information such as shipment preferences, transit times, and customer specific shipping instructions
    18. Discuss/recommend any changes that need to be made to future forecasts
    19. Appraises performance and develops Sales Admin reps and Customer Care reps in work group
    20. Perform other duties as required by VP of Sales.


    Education & Experience

    1. BS in Business or Operations or equivalent experience.
    2. 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, and or marketing.
    3. Prior direct management of staff required.

    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

    1. Knowledge or demonstrated ability to work with forecasting
    2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    3. Open to participate in customer visits and interact directly with Dealers, Intercompany, and OEM customers
    4. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
    5. Experience with manufacturing ERP Software
    6. Strong leadership, supervisory skills
