    This role serves as the primary global leader for materials and supply base management. This position will be responsible for developing and driving strategic initiatives which enable the team to meet service levels around product quality and availability to end customers. This includes leading the Supply Chain Team to link Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, New Product Introduction, and Forecasts that will translate into capacity and inventory strategies to increase customer service levels at an optimal cost.





    • Develop and execute the implementation of world-class supply chain practices and procedures.
    • Own product, capacity, quality, supplier escalations and drive appropriate root cause countermeasures.
    • Manage and ensure active coordination and partnership with the global factories, distribution and supply base.
    • Execute and manage the sales and operations plan (S&OP) processes. Including forecasting, inventory management reporting, and capacity planning.
    • Execute and facilitate weekly and monthly global operating reviews to ensure adherence to key business metrics. Drive improvements and maintain metrics for global forecast accuracy, inventory value, capacity, utilization, and sourcing savings.
    • Communicate, influence, and interact globally with broad functional areas (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance) to develop and execute plans to achieve annual operating plans. 
    • Ability to Lead global cost reduction projects working with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Product Management
    • Ability to influence Peers, Executives and other locations to support Business Objectives.


    Education & Experience

    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience. At least 5 managing a group of 5 or more
    • Experience managing a supply chain of at least $150M
    • S. or B.A. in Supply-chain Management or Operations Management, or related degree
    • CPSM and/or APICs certification or other Purchasing/Material Management certification preferred

    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

    • Strong understanding of building an organization and processes to support $1B in sales, $500m in Supply-chain.
    • Works without direct guidance to achieve Business Objectives for the Supply-chain organization, works with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
    • Able to manage a challenging and complex mix of revenue growth, new products, and evolving strategies
    • Experience with Tier 1 ERP (preferably SAP)
    • Highly proficient with MS Office (word, excel & PowerPoint)
    • Proficient in the preparation of proposals and the development of contracts
