    The intern will work with the HR Compensation and Benefits team to drive and facilitate various projects over the internship. 

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting and learning all aspects of compensation including market pay analysis, global base pay structure, bonuses programs and base pay reviews.
    • Assisting and learning all aspects of US Benefits including administration and communication of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flex plans and wellness.
    • Audit program data to ensure compliance with program guidelines and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    • Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration with Human Resources Emphasis or Data/Statistical Emphasis.
    • Must be graduating Senior or enrolled in Masters program.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • In depth/expert knowledge of Excel.
    • Strong analytical experience including compiling, summarizing and presenting conclusions from large data sets.
    • Strong experience in preparing presentations including recommendations/conclusions from in depth analysis.
    • Strong communication, project management and organizational skills required.
    • Experience with managing data and navigating within an HRIS a plus.
