    • Manages and executes strategies for laser scanner sales, marketing, packaging, and pricing to meet revenue & margin targets established by executive management.
    • Make direct sales to end-users as well as creating and supporting opportunities through our existing distribution channel.
    • Manage and develop distribution channel in accordance with guidelines and objectives established by executive management.
    • Collects and compiles data on pricing and marketing trends, competitive product features and pricing, and reports to executive management.
    • Works closely with product management to update market planning information for new product releases as well as enhancements to existing products.
    • Responsible for integrating present RSM’s into Scanning products


    This is a remote position covering the United States territory.  Ideal candidate location: East.




    • Increase Sales of Scanning products in North America.
    • Increase the number of Scanning dealers in North America.
    • Identify competitors and make sure that we are staying competitive.
    • Working with Scanning products with dealers to make sure they understand our advantages.
    • Manage dealer’s expectations.
    • Find the best dealers by state for GEO.
    • Work with dealer’s sales staff to increase sales.
    • Grow Topcon Scanning distribution in North America.
    • Helping all RSM’s with scanning technology moving forward.


    Education & Experience

    • College Degree or correlated work experience
    • 5+ years in a sales management position with similar responsibilities
    • Laser scanner direct sales and distribution management experience
    • Working knowledge of latest software/internet technologies
    • Team player with demonstrated communication and leadership skills

    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

    Minimum of 5 years sales experience in technical sales or dealer management required. Prior Scanning background preferred.


    Applicant must have a minimum sales experience to show that he/she has a proven record of success in sales and dealer management.  This is not an entry level position and only applicants with a successful proven record will be considered.
