    To strenghten our HR team, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will be responsible for HR support in the Netherlands, for different locations and businesses.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and Human Resources providing consultation relevant to Human Resource issues, policies, practices, procedures, and employment laws and regulations.
    • Responsible for managing and owning the performance management system, to include data information implementation, performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans.
    • Execution of the standardized HR processes in NL (HR System, Recruitment, Leadership and Talent Management & Compensation and Benefit)
    • Design and implementation of local policy and non-standard process development, in compliance with local regulations
    • Implement Compensation Plans (Pay Plan) for NL following Global guidelines
    • Responsible for maintaining and auditing employee data (business supported only) within HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
    • Partner with recruiter for NL business to ensure recruitment for local business is successfully being supported.
    • Partner with COE (Centre of Expertise) functions; Talent Acquisition, Operations & Compensation on various process, projects and programs as related to Retail business.
    • Implementation, consolidation and management of different variable systems in Retail organization
    • Coordination of labour cost analysis and of headcount budgeting, forecasting & actual data in collaboration with Finance
    • Supervises the common and sensitive personal data processing system by organizing and supervising each application phase, in compliance with personal data protection laws in force.
    • Appropriate management of administrative processes
    • On top of the HR business partner responsibility for NL the person will have the Responsibility for Comp&Ben process cross Europe

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • University degree (ideally in Law or Business Economics)
    • Minimum 6 years’ experience in the position of HR business manager, preferably in an international environment and in development area.
    • Fluent Dutch and English (Written and spoken) are needed, other European languages are a bonus.
    • Strong knowledge in local law and legislation.
    • Compensation and Benefit knowledge is requested.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
    • Strong hands on experience with a HRIS system; experience with Workday is a plus
